Boho Beach Babe

Cornwall is like living in another part of the world. Attached to the rest of the Uk but feels, smells and looks like paradise. Cornish weddings are becoming increasingly popular and we can totally see why. The boho beach vibe is a growing fantasy for brides so we thought we'd inspire you with some beach jewels to accessorise with your wedding dress, gifts for your bridesmaids to wear on the sand or even for the mothers involved.

We love relaxed weddings, salty warm breeze blowing your hair off your shoulders, the sand between your toes when you take your heels off. We can completely see the appeal, so why not create a boho beach feel through your jewels on the day with the stunning range by Tegen Jewellery. Bangles for the bridesmaids to stack with rings, a blue statement necklace for yourself to add the something blue with a modern twist or even a sweet drop gemstone necklace for the mother-in-law, all making them fall in love with the beaches in Cornwall. All pieces handmade in Cornwall all carry the heart of the beach, the vibes of the relaxed surfer and the unique personal feel. All completely unique.

Embrace the Cornish sun, let the natural sunset be your fireworks and make your wedding day perfect in Cornwall.

Boho Windows

Boho themes are something we love but it comes in all shapes and sizes! One lavish dress can be anything you want it to be with the right look and accessories. This week our windows are beautiful boho babes, silk beauties and lace lovelies!

We have our Naomi Neoh Clementine gown with flower belt. A bigger beauty in silk that floats effortlessly along the beach or countryside location.

Our centre piece is Rosemary by Claire Pettibone. A beautifully backless dress which is perfect to add jewelled details. Topping off the boho look with the double necklace from Tegen Jewellery.

Our third gown is the stunning lace Josephine by Naomi Neoh. A lace train to trail behind you when you walk down that aisle outlined with flowers.

Three summer babes which would give you the perfect reason to be centre of attention on your big day! Come in and try them one and see which is the one for you.

Number 8 Salon - RedHead Bride

Last week some of our dresses were off on a road trip to a stunning mansion house for a promotional shoot for Number 8 Hair Salon in Truro. Beautiful hair creations and a wonderful location came together to create some fabulous images in some of our gowns. This beach beauty is our Casablanca dress by Claire Pettibone. Elegance and class with a hint of boho style all mixed together to create this favourite dress of ours. Definitely one for the more laid back bride who wants to kick off her heels and embrace the beach in evening of her wedding day.

Fabulous hair by the talented ladies at Number 8 Hair Salon with more images from this shoot to come!

The Country Bride

The country bride look is a strong favourite of ours, always one for the open air, greenery, wildlife and the free spirited atmosphere the wedding creates. This was a glorious shoot done by the very talented Taylor and Porter that totally encapsulates this vibe and the relaxed vision of the country bride.

This shoot featured our JLM blush, off the shoulder gown called Sherrie. An absolute head spinner that you can't peel your eyes away from. Followed by our Naomi Neoh, Marianne dress in blush. Both creating the princess moment with the endless flowing of the gown and looking magical against the countryside.

A shoot that we love and hope you all will too. Let us know if you feel inspired by this countryside theme, we certainly do!

Back Jewels

Some sparkly Sunday inspiration for you all today! As well as you're traditional necklaces and bracelets on your wedding we stock some boho beauties that will add the perfect details to your dresses. These double necklaces modelled by the surfer babe Corinne Evans, can be worn wrapped around the neck twice for dresses with less upper detail or with a low neck...OR they can be worn on the back. These are so perfect for backless numbers!

With an open back these fall effortlessly down the back, still with a little bit of detail on the front...two necklaces in one. So stunning for our beach brides, ones who want the boho feel or those of you who want something a little different for your big day!

We ADORE them and they are all handmade in Cornwall by Tegen.
